How to validate or report an interview in the platform?

As soon as an interview is finished, the participant's card arrives in the "to be evaluated" column and requires an action from you:





At this point, you have the possibility to validate the interview if it has taken place, or to report it if there was a problem.


You have 7 days to evaluate the interviews: after this time they will be validated automatically.





1. Validate an interview


If the appointment has taken place, you have the possibility to rate the interview and to put a comment.



What happens when I validate a participant?


  • The participant receives an email confirming the validation of their interview
  • The participant receives his/her reward within 7 days.
  • The scores and comments are used to prioritise or not participants for future recruitment.








2. Report an interview


If the interview did not take place or not in its entirety, you must report it and indicate the reason that prevented the appointment from taking place:

  • The participant did not show up
  • The participant lied on his/her profile
  • The participant had major connection problems
  • The participant did not comply with the technical requirements of the study
  • The participant's environment had a significant impact on the quality of the call





What happens when I report an interview?


  • The participant will not be paid and will receive a message to let them know
  • You will not be charged the recruitment fee.
  • If you tick "yes" to replace the participant, then reminders will be sent to participants in "proposed appointments" and recruitment will be restarted


If there is a problem, it is in your interest to stop the interview as soon as possible. If the interview has not been stopped within the first 15 minutes and depending on the reason for the report, Tandemz reserves the right to judge whether the participant should be compensated for their time.


If the participant is unable to connect or has network problems that he/she cannot handle on his/her own, we advise you to stop the appointment and possibly reschedule it.
