Launching a study on Tandemz

You want to start a new session on Tandemz?


  1. Start by logging in to your account on the platform.





**You do not have a Tandemz account? **



  • Your organisation does not have an account on Tandemz: create an account as a researcher here





  1. Go to the tab "Sessions ".


  1. At the top right of the page, click on "New session " :


  1. Select the study fee you need


  1. Click on "Continue ", you will arrive in the session edition


  1. Fill in the different configuration tabs of the session, without forgetting to click on "Save and continue " to go to the next tab:

You can quit editing your session at any time and resume it later, your session will remain in "draft" status


  1. Once you have finished setting up, you just need to accept the T&Cs and click on "Start Study " :





  1. Once the study is launched:
  • Your session is automatic: you will start receiving profiles automatically.
  • Session with dedicated consultant or key-in-hand: you will be contacted by one of our Customer Success Managers who will guide you through your project.
