Key actions to manage my session

The key actions to manage your recruitment sessions on Tandemz!




1. Offer appointments to participants who are in your target group


Your recruitment session is launched, and participants are starting to register for your study!


  • You have chosen the automatic selection ? Profiles that match all your criteria will go directly to the slot selection.


  • Have you chosen manual selection? The profiles that match your criteria appear in the "to be processed" column. You can click on their card to view their profile information and their answers to the screening questionnaire. Simply "Suggest a slot" to those you are most interested in!

If you want a profile, just click on "Discard Profile".


It is important to reject the profiles that do not suit you, to allow the Tandemz team to know the recruitment needs.


Please make sure that there are always enough slots available, to give participants a choice and facilitate their registration.






2. Pick up rejected profiles that are in my target group


Don't panic! You can always retrieve a profile that has been rejected, either manually or following the selection of the screening questionnaire.


Simply drag and drop their card from the "Discarded profiles" column to the "To be processed" column.


Participants do not receive emails




3. Evaluate participants


Once the interviews have been completed, the participants' cards are in the "to be evaluated" column. Remember to evaluate the participants directly on their cards:


  • If the meeting took place: you just have to indicate it and note the quality of the meeting, the participant's counterparty will then be unlocked.


  • If you encountered a problem during the interview: you can "Report a problem" and indicate the problem in question. In this case, the participant will not be paid and you will not be invoiced.


If you do not validate the participants within 7 days of the interview, they will automatically be paid and invoiced




Manage the "status" of the session


  • Do you wish to pause the recruitment? Simply click on the "Pause" button in the banner to the left of your session.


Pause a session will stop all recruitment sources. However, people who already have the link can still register.


  • Your session is full and all appointments have been made?


If you want to recruit more participants, just increase the number of participants and add some availability in the session edition. Recruitment will start again automatically!


If your session is finished, you just have to :


  • evaluate all remaining participants** in the "To be evaluated" column, if there are any left.
  • Close the study** by pressing the Stop button.


If you do not take any action one week after the last appointment, we will automatically evaluate the remaining participants and close the study.



Invite participants from your side


Would you like to invite participants from outside Tandemz?


It's perfectly possible! All you have to do is send them the registration link at the top left of your session.


The payment of their counterpart will be managed by Tandemz, and you will not be charged any recruitment fees for these participants.



6. Ask questions via the messaging system


Do you need to get in touch with the participants before their interview? Do you need more information?


You can contact them directly via the Tandemz messaging system, accessible from their card in the interface. You are warned by a red dot when you have an unread message.
