How to share (or unshare) my session with my team? How to invite (or remove) my team on Tandemz?
Is it possible to share a session with my team?
If you want to share one of your sessions with your team members, you have to invite them to join your organization on Tandemz. They will create an account per person.
How to invite my team on Tandemz ?
To share your Tandemz space with other collaborators, you just have to invite them to create an account under your organization. To do so:
- Connect to your Tandemz space
- Click on the cogwheel at the bottom left of your space
- Go to "Team".
- Invite your collaborators by using the "Invite" button and by entering their email.
The person will then receive an email from Tandemz inviting him/her to create an account with his/her personal identifiers.
What can my team access?
Your team can access all your sessions, the private panel and the settings. They can edit any session, manage participants, etc., just like you. There are no different roles in Tandemz, so there is no difference between two collaborators.
The only difference is related to the notion of session's owner: only the owner of a session receives the notifications related to this session. The owner of a session is the person who creates the session.
It is possible for us to change the owner of a session: if you want to do it, write a short message to the support and it will be done quickly!
How can I remove a collaborator from my Tandemz space?
You can't do this by yourself. If you are the administrator of your Tandemz organization, write us a short message by chat or by mail at support@tandemz.io and we will take care of removing the accesses of your collaborator in question!
