On Tandemz, you don't need to specify the time zone of the meetings to be scheduled! The correspondence is done by itself.

On your side

When indicating your availability in the platform for your study, don't ask yourself any questions and indicate directly your availability in your own time zone.

**For example, if you are in Germany and you plan to recruit your participants in the United States, enter your German hours in the platform (in the evening, so that the Americans are awake). The platform will then adapt these slots to the time zone of the participants.

On the participants' side

When booking a slot, participants indicate their own time zone, according to which the platform shows them the possible slots at the right times.

This information will then appear on the participant's card, along with the time of the appointment.

Example: your American participants see the available slots directly in their time zone, during the day for New Yorkers and in the morning for Californians.
