# How and when is your reward sent ?

Rewards are sent as e-gift cards through Pluxee.com or Tremendous. com using the email address you provided when signing up for the study related. 
||| We __do not__  need any banking info from you to emit payments.

You recently participated in one of our study and you did not receive your reward yet? Here are a few things you can check:

### You just participated in one of our studies ?
As soon as the study organizer validates your participation on the platform, you will be notified per email. Your reward will be sent in the 7 working days following the reception of this email.

|| The organizer may take a few days to validate your participation.
|| Check your emails: did you receive a notification? If you have not, contact the organizer of the study by answering to any email you received from Tandemz about this study.

### You have received the email stating that your participation has been validated?
From the reception of this email, you will receive your gift card by email in the following 7 working days.

### It's been more than 7 days and you still haven't received your gift card?
The email was sent from the Pluxee or Tremendous platform. Check your spam folder: their emails are sometimes hidden there!
