How and when is your reward sent ?

Rewards are sent as e-gift cards through Glady.com or Tremendous. com using the email address you provided when signing up for the study related.

We do not need any banking info from you to emit payments.


You recently participated in one of our study and you did not receive your reward yet? Here are a few things you can check:


You just participated in one of our studies ?

As soon as the study organizer validates your participation on the platform, you will be notified per email. Your reward will be sent in the 7 working days following the reception of this email.


The organizer may take a few days to validate your participation.Check your emails: did you receive a notification? If you have not, contact the organizer of the study by answering to any email you received from Tandemz about this study.


You have received the email stating that your participation has been validated?

From the reception of this email, you will receive your gift card by email in the following 7 working days.


Check your emails: when did you receive this notification? If it has been less than 7 days, it is totally normal! Just wait a few more days.


It's been more than 7 days and you still haven't received your gift card?

The email was sent from the Glady or Tremendous platform. Check your spam folder: their emails are sometimes hidden there!
