How do I cancel an appointment?

By clicking on the "cancel appointment" button in the participant's card.

Please consider that :

Regardless of the reason, you must cancel the appointment more than 24 hours before the interview begins.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the interview starts, you will be charged the full recruitment fee as well as the participants's compensation.

Once you confirm the cancellation, the participant receives an email notification.

If a participant contacts you and says they will not be available at the scheduled time, **they must cancel or modify their slot on their side.

When can participants cancel their appointment?

Participants are allowed to cancel and change their appointment up to the last minute. We consider that, it's better for them to do that and give notice, rather than blocking them, which will just encourage not showing up at all as a solution.
