As soon as an appointment is made with a participant, he/she receives reminders by email and SMS, to avoid forgetting!

It is not possible to modify the content of these messages, they are sent automatically. If you wish to send other messages to your participants, you can do so via the Tandemz messaging system, which is accessible in the participants' cards.
