I have lost my Glady.com password

You can go to Glady.com and use the **"forgotten password" **function to generate a new one.

Otherwise, contact us by instant messaging or by email at contact@tandemz.io and tell us the email address you used when you registered for the study so that we can send you an email containing your login details.

For security reasons, the email containing your login details is generated automatically via Glady.com. We do not have access to these and cannot send them to you directly.
