How to manage potential quotas in your session?

You want to have quotas of different profiles on a similar target and you don't know how to handle them?

You have two choices!

You have the option of managing quotas "by hand" on a single session, which can be more difficult. But you can also tag the participants so that you can sort them more easily on the platform.

The advantage of this option is that you have a global view of all participants in your study.

In this example, we want to interview as many participants from Paris as from Marseille, so we tag them as follows:

But sometimes tags are not enough and you have to create two sessions to help you manage your quotas. For example, if you want to meet two identical targets but in two different countries with different languages.

Warning

If you propose the same slots for both studies, this can lead to problems of overlapping appointments. That is, if you offer the same slots for both studies, you must be careful not to have two participants for the same slot. When an appointment is made in one session, you must therefore remember to delete the slot in the other session!

To know how to manage the synchronization (and desynchronization) of your Google Calendar on Tandemz, we suggest you read our article on this subject: https://tandemz.crisp.help/fr/article/la-synchronisation-et-la-desynchronisation-de-son-google-agenda-sur-tandemz-11o54ub/

It is important to know that you can, when you have filled one of your quotas, change the target in the session settings so that you are only offered participants corresponding to your second quota.

The choice is yours!
